Restore an older version of a page

You may edit a page and save your changes and then decide that you want to go back to a previous version of the page. Simplify keeps track of all these changes and lets you roll back to a previous version of your page. To do this:

• From the Control Panel, select the Edit button.
  
• The File Manager will open in a different window.
  
• Click on the Edit link next to the page that you want to restore an older version of.
  
• Once the page opens, open the Versioning Control panel from the left pane.
  
  
  
  
• All the older versions of your page will be listed in this panel. The number of versions that you can see for your page depends on what package you have.
• To view an older version, click on the preview button .
• The page will open in a separate window so you can view it.
• If you decide to restore the page and roll back to it, click on the restore button .
  
• You will be prompted to confirm your choice. To the Are you sure you want to restore this page? question, answer yes by clicking the Yes button and no by clicking the Cancel button.
  
  
  
  
• The page that you rolled back to will become your page.
